Current launch status
SMS delivery is not currently active. The optional consent control records a customer’s preference for a future separately approved activation; no page should claim a text was sent while delivery remains disabled.
Program and consent
By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting an appointment request, you agree that NÜ Elite MedSpa may send recurring automated, non-clinical text messages to the mobile number you provide about appointment requests, approvals, changes, reminders, secure form links, and scheduling support. Consent is not a condition of requesting or receiving services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with booking activity and is generally no more than eight messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@nuelitemedspa.com. An opt-out may receive one final confirmation message, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
Privacy
Mobile numbers, opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Notice for more information about how NÜ Elite MedSpa handles information.
Changes and contact
We may post changes to these SMS Terms as the program or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new wording version before additional consent is collected. Questions about changes to these SMS Terms may be sent to support@nuelitemedspa.com.
